It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas....

Not only have I completed many of the gifts, but I managed to wrap them! For all the stress I had while thinking, creating, and sewing, I must say that putting the handmade paper-and-button bow on the package feels great. I got the satisfaction of knowing I made it myself, that it is truly a unique gift, and for several solid hours while I diligently worked on each "masterpiece," I thought of nothing else but the person for whom the gift was intended.

The Dutch have a word for "warm fuzzies": gezellig. That's how I feel about these gifts: cozy, warm, happy, content, gezellig. It's like giant fluffy socks and a snugly blanket for my soul. I love homemade. I am really glad I took the homemade challenge.

Ps: Don't forget to enter my giveaway! It is open until Dec 6th!
