Let's play tag.

Today is the first day of school and I am simply giddy with all this free time. I am rather ashamed to admit I haven't done anything at all but wander around the house thinking of all the really fun things I could do with this new found quiet and me-only time. I really need to focus on more doing and less thinking! But since I am in the mood for games, I am joining Babalisme's game of tag. A bit late (I know, sorry!). Being slow on the uptake is just one of the many reasons why I was always last picked for sides in PE.....

I guess I need to do my 6 and 6. So here goes:

1. We have been trying for over 2 years to have a baby, and 0ur first IVF appointment is in only 8 days! We only called today to make the appointment and expected a several month waiting period. I am happy I don't have to wait anymore!

2. It's the first day of school and I promised to ride with my daughter the first week to and from in the morning, at lunch time, and after school. I am happy it's a gorgeous day and I get to be outside in the fresh air riding through a park enjoying the world.

3. I am happy I only have 6 piles of laundry to do this week.

4. I am happy my local sewing store owner is back from vacation tomorrow and I can go shopping for a few necessities. Life without velcro and mustard yellow thread is hard!

5. I am happy I ordered a cool shirt from zazzle and some mini-business cards from moo and both are due to be delivered this week. I love getting parcels in the mail. Don't you?

6. 3 different tubs of Ben and Jerry's ice cream is in my freezer. Right now. That's triple happiness if you want to be pedantic!
